DAMASCUS, SYRIA (9:30 A.M.) – Iranian Army revealed new images featuring the Islamic State bases which had been hit by missiles fired by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ (IRGC) on October 1st.

The newly-published drone images show bases and positions used by the terror group before and after being targeted by the Iranian missiles.

The missile attack completely destroyed ISIS bases, which were located around Hajin town in East Deir Ez-Zor countryside. Hajin serves as the main stronghold for ISIS in eastern Syria.

On Monday, The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran unleashed a massive attack against the so-called “Islamic State” (ISIS) forces in eastern Syria last night.

The IRGC added that their assault targeted the ringleaders of the September 22nd terrorist attack that targeted a military parade in the southwestern city of Ahvaz.

This terrorist attack, which was later claimed by the Islamic State, resulted in the death of 25 people, including a number of handicapped veterans and children.

A senior IRGC officer has warned that Iranian forces will carry out further attacks against “terrorists” in response to the Ahvaz attack, describing the attack in eastern Syria as “merely a flick.”
